We received a call from the number mentioned above, and the lady on the other end introduced herself as Ray Simmons, a senior loan officer. She mentioned we could potentially secure a loan of £2000, but insisted we purchase a UKASH voucher for £115 first. She also claimed that we’d be eligible for a refund on that voucher. We had the voucher, but upon doing a bit of digging, we discovered that this company, purportedly called Best Loans, at 256 Belsize Road, London, NW6 4BT, appears to have no record at that address whatsoever! Now, it seems we’re unable to reclaim our money for the voucher. Take heed and don’t end up in the same boat as I did - pay attention to what these people are saying!
