Received a message claiming I owed nearly £700 for some Microsoft 365 subscription I've never bought. Complete scam - stay well clear, especially don’t ring the number or click on the link they included!

Total rip-off alert. Got an email from [email protected] with a bogus invoice claiming I’d been charged over £600 via PayPal. They left a contact number at the end “for questions,” but I reckon that’s where the scam begins and they’ll try to scam your card details. Stay well clear of these people!

I got an email saying my PayPal was charged more than £800 by Microsoft 365, but thankfully it seems like a total scam. The email and phone number didn’t seem right at all. I’ve also looked through my PayPal account and no money’s gone out, so it’s good to know it’s fake.

My partner got an email that looked like it was from PayPal about a charge of £688.44 for some Microsoft Office stuff. He thought it might be a scam. The contact number they gave was +44 20 3286 4391. Honestly, it seemed pretty legit. Really glad I found this site to double check if these calls or emails are dodgy!

I got sent two emails about some Microsoft 365 invoice. One was from a Jeff Cantor saying I owed £677.44 with a phone number 02032864391. Then shortly after, another from a Karla Calnan stating a slightly different amount like £688.44 and a different contact, 02081441259. Both seemed fishy to me, probably a scam. Definitely steer clear and don’t bother ringing those numbers!

Got an email supposedly from Allen Winters about an order for Microsoft Office 365, asking for a payment of £677.44 on a card. They didn’t mention which card or even use my name, just said ‘Dear Customer’. It seemed really dodgy to me. They included a phone number for customer service: 02032864391. Definitely looks like a scam.
