9 yearsI’m keen to uncover which businesses are linked to this number. Can anyone shed some light on this?9 yearsI recently sought a £2,000 loan over a 36-month period with this firm. I was informed I had to fork out £100 for ‘insurance’ since it was an unsecured loan without a guarantor. Foolishly, I went ahead and paid. Later, they claimed my credit score was insufficient to release the funds, insisting I pay an additional £150 to enhance it. I, regrettably, complied. Then they informed me their system could only process amounts up to £2,500, so I was required to hand over another £350 or they wouldn’t be able to proceed. At that point, I lost my temper and threatened legal action for what I perceived as fraud. The representative coldly replied, 'Go ahead, you daft cow, do what you fancy,' before abruptly ending the call. I cannot stress this enough; steer clear of this company and do not part with your hard-earned money!9 yearsIt happened to me earlier today, but I quickly figured it out and lost my temper with him. I ended up reporting the number to the authorities.9 yearsA mate of mine was hoping to secure a quick loan for £1,000 when he came across this number. They took down all his details and insisted he needed to pay a first instalment of £105 to prove he could honour the payments. The bizarre part? They instructed him to purchase iTunes gift cards and send them the codes from the backs of those cards, promising that once he did so, the £1,000 would be transferred to him. But then they turned around and asked for another £150 before they’d actually release the funds. He tried to recover his money, but they informed him it was non-refundable. Frankly, I believe this number is part of a scam, and now my friend is in a deeper financial hole. It's a frustrating situation, but sadly, what can one do?9 yearsHas anyone else been plagued by calls from this number?
