Upon informing her of this, she had the audacity to probe further, stating she was ringing from the Pensions Review Committee. After firmly expressing that my private matters were not her concern and insisted she delete my number from her records, she had the nerve to inform me that since I was unwilling to answer her queries, I should anticipate more calls in the future! Quite astonishing, isn’t it? I quickly retorted that I would escalate the matter to the proper authorities regarding these unsolicited calls, only for her to hang up on me! Just a word of caution - the DWP or Pension Service would never employ anyone like her.
