I had a rather persistent chap ring me up, attempting to persuade me that my loft insulation was deteriorating and losing its effectiveness. He was really pushing for some sort of grants for spray-on insulation and under-felt treatments. The moment I mentioned that I’d already had it sorted, he abruptly cut off the conversation. Since then, they’ve attempted to contact me multiple times, but I’ve gone ahead and blocked their number. Quite tiresome, to be honest!

Received a call from someone claiming to be Ed, mentioning something about a government site. When I pointed out that I must have been dialled by mistake, they abruptly ended the call!
