Today I got two calls from different numbers, both from someone named Alex about loft insulation. This isn’t the first time I’ve had these calls either. Just ended up hanging up straight away.

Got a call about some loft insulation needing replacing and they wanted to know if I was the owner. I asked for his name, phone number and company details, but he just ended the call. Feels a bit like a phishing scam to me.

some bloke called saying his name was alex and wanted to check if i owned the house. i asked what it was about, then he just hung up on me.

I got a call from someone asking if I was the homeowner, but I wasn’t sure who they were with. I just said I wasn’t interested and ended the call. They tried calling me again without showing their number, but it never went through.
