I’ve no clue who these folks are, but they’re quite bothersome. I reckon if we were to give them a ring, they’d be just as irate. It’s baffling that these dreadful individuals can’t be bothered to drop a message.

I've been getting calls from about 24 different numbers after being tricked once before by a scammer claiming to work for O2 Customer Care. They promised to cut my monthly bill in half, but I ended up with a £1,000 iPhone and a device plan that I never asked for or needed. They said the phone was sent to me by accident and wanted it back. Luckily, once I caught on to their trick, I sent it back to O2 the right way and my original contract was put back in place.

Got a call from someone claiming I’d had an accident not long ago. They knew my full name and address but when I asked where they’d got that from, they just dropped the line. Think they said it was from Elite Solicitors or something like that? I’m proper curious about this firm in Sheffield, especially since I work as a Quality Analyst in a call centre and I’m well aware of all the rules. Not going to let this slide, for sure!
