I got a call from a young lady asking if i was the account holder, i said no they wasnt available. when i asked what her call was about she just said she needed to speak to the account holder and to ask them to ring back. since i am the account holder she didn't get anything from me. pretty sure it was a scam trying to get account info. i have blocked the number now.

Been phoning loads of times. They say they’re Vodafone but it’s obvious they’re not. When I asked them for proof, they just sent some random security code by text that made no sense. Somebody tried ringing me when I was outside the country. The phone just buzzed once and they hung up quick before I could pick up. They probably heard the international dial tone and thought they’d get charged extra, but that’s not true. I’m with Vodafone and they still talk to me no matter where I am. Definitely fishy caller. Some bloke rang claiming to be from Vodafone about my upgrade. You could hear kids messing about in the background, like it was some dodgy line. i think this number is connected to a scammer. ive had calls from them twice every day for several days. i picked up yesterday and a woman said she was from vodafone, telling me i could get an upgrade. i couldnt chat much then and told her to ring back later, which she did. couldn’t really talk properly but heard kids playing in the background. she was supposed to call again today but never did. i tried calling the number back cause it feels dodgy. if it was legit vodafone, the call wouldnt just keep ringing; it would bring up a menu or something.
