Just had a call about some emergency call system, they said they’d be popping down my street tomorrow to explain stuff and maybe fit some gear free of charge. They mentioned a survey first to work out how much everything would cost after. I asked if they could just leave the info through the letterbox since I didn’t want anyone coming round, and then the caller just cut off. Sounds dodgy, especially after reading the other comments here. Could be a scam?

Had some daft person call me up just to say “you do know the clocks went back last night, right?” Honestly, what’s the point?

Last night I got a call that woke me up, which was annoying enough. Then today, I've had a couple more calls where as soon as I pick up, there's just silence or someone mumbling a name before they hang up. It's really odd.
