Got three calls today, all saying they were ringing about a new safety alert programme that started this week (20 Sep 2020). They were trying to sell a service that connects you straight to emergency services if there’s a fire, carbon monoxide, a fall or an accident, meaning you don’t have to depend on neighbours. But when I asked for the company’s name, the caller just hung up. This happened twice this morning too - they ended the call as soon as I asked who they were. Seems dodgy to me, probably a scam.

Got a call again today and I’m really fed up with it. I answered and it was some telemarketer trying to push their products. I told the person I wasn’t interested but they just kept going on and on. In the end, I just put the phone down and stayed quiet till they ended the call.

They ring me all the time but never bother to leave a voicemail, so it's probably dodgy. I've decided to block the number from now on.
