Someone pretended to be from Virgin Media and kept telling me I'd get cut off unless I installed some app. They were really pushy and hung up immediately when I told them Virgin wouldn’t be doing calls like that and called it rubbish. They stuck to some rehearsed lines and kept talking over me, even mentioning the call was being recorded. I reckon it would be easy to trick someone who’s not usually wary of these things.
