It's all about surveys, not surgical procedures! Blame it on predictive text!

I received a call from what claimed to be a Covid helpline, but then they suddenly began inquiring about my life insurance provider. It felt off and suspicious – definitely sounds like a scam to me!

I've received numerous calls from this particular number, but I always decline to respond to calls from unfamiliar sources. If they truly needed to get in touch, surely they would leave a voicemail—which, curiously, they haven't done at all. I've now decided to block the number after going through the reviews.

I mentioned that I had no clue why they were calling me, and then they just cut off the line.

I received three calls on my mobile within the span of just an hour from the number 01635896117, each time from a different individual. During the final call, the chap on the other end was shockingly rude when I mentioned that I'm not interested in unwanted calls. I made it clear that I was going to block the number immediately.

Apparently, they're operating across the country, yet they just gave me a ring even though I've never been one of their clients. Quite puzzling, isn't it?

I've been getting calls from this number non-stop over the past week. Finally, I decided to pick up and the person on the other end said they were from Citizens Advice, asking me about my Covid situation. When I asked to be added to their do-not-call list, the woman on the line just lost her temper. Quite the charming interaction that was!

I missed a call from this number, and when I attempted to return the call, it claimed the number was invalid. It’s obviously a scam, so steer clear of it!

The message claims that the call is genuinely from NatWest, but that's simply not accurate. I received a similar call and I've never held an account with them.

I’ve got my phone configured to route any unknown numbers straight to voicemail, particularly those not saved in my contacts. So, when I noticed they attempted to call me twice in quick succession, yet didn’t bother leaving a message, I decided to investigate further. After checking this site, I went ahead and blocked the number. Cheers for the help!

I've received two calls from 01635896117 today, but I chose not to pick up. I’m absolutely tired of these persistent callers bothering me!

I picked up the phone, but they hung up on me. Now I've added them to my blocked list.

Didn’t recognise the number, and they didn’t bother to leave a message. Quite odd, really.

I must mention that my experience with Citizens Advice was rather unpleasant. When I expressed my disinterest, the representative was shockingly curt and quite dismissive, cutting me off mid-sentence. I've opted to block their number now.

I suspect this is nothing short of a con. The phone calls just keep on coming. I picked up one call, only for them to hang up without a word. They rang back later, asking for me by name, claiming they’d been looking at a credit account and I supposedly had debts (the only obligation I’ve got is my mortgage, mind you!). I played along for a bit, then called them out on their obvious scam. I made it clear that I'd be reporting their dubious antics and blocking their number straight away.

I’ve been inundated with calls for a chap named Mr Richard Bassett, which is rather frustrating as I'm not him! It seems I’m getting these persistent calls from various UK numbers. Even after blocking them, they just keep on coming. It’s like a never-ending cycle!

I'm not quite sure, to be honest.

This is a legitimate call from a national number to alert you about overdue credit card payments. It’s wise to take the call to steer clear of extra fees.
