I’ve gone ahead and blocked this number with a CPR call blocker. I’m sick of all the cold calls, marketing rubbish and scams. Right now I’ve blocked 54 numbers and the list keeps growing. When does this sort of thing cross the line into harassment and maybe something the police should look into?

Woke me up early with a scam call. How on earth do they get numbers from the directory? And how do they even find out your name? Whatever happened to Data Protection laws? These calls should be illegal and any phone companies that let this happen should be shut down for breaking the rules and ignoring data protection.

I got a call from someone claiming to be doing a Claims Survey. It was a guy with an Indian accent who asked for a person I had made up during some other survey I did a while back. Shows you that once you answer them, you’re on their list and will get loads more scammy calls just trying to take your cash.

Sounds like another one of those PPI call centres. I had blocked their number after the last call, but now they’ve rang me from a new number. Saw that people mentioned 4011 and 4017 before, well now 4019 is another one to watch out for.

This number keeps ringing my answering machine with a message from someone called John Cleese about PPI - something I’m allegedly meant to have complained about. Thing is, I dealt with that ages ago and didn’t need any shady lot to help me. Honestly, is it worth taking legal action against this John Cleese for bugging me nonstop? It’s getting well annoying.

Got calls from them 4 times within 2 days, the last one was as late as 8pm. Definitely just another PPI scam. I've blocked the number now.

This phone number won’t stop calling me. The first time I picked up, it was about some PPI claim, and after that I ended up getting about 11 more calls that same week. Now I just ignore it completely. Over the past month I reckon it’s rung me 22 times. My tip? Don’t pick up - it’s just a hassle, and hopefully they’ll give up eventually.
