When I phoned back using a different mobile, a man with a strong South Asian accent (maybe from India, Pakistan, or Bangladesh) answered. He was incredibly rude and aggressive, spoke over me the entire time, and honestly felt quite unpleasant to deal with. Having a decent conversation was impossible.
