Loads of calls coming through lately. I rang back using a private landline and ended up speaking to someone at a Manchester office. The operator was really confident and professional, but kept insisting I was an O2 customer, which she couldn’t possibly know. Apart from that odd bit, she almost sounded legit. Do any former O2 offices work out of there? It all seems a bit dodgy to me.

I called O2 and the person on the other end actually rang the number back and confirmed it IS an O2 third party sales line. I told them how annoyed I was and said I’d report them to OFCOM if I get hassled by these pushy, rude, unsolicited calls again. They said they’d pass the complaint along to their managers, we’ll wait and see what happens.

Got a call from someone saying they were from o2, but they were just fishing for my bank info and personal details. Definitely seems like a scam to me.

For the past three years, I’ve been getting nonstop calls from those dodgy no win no fee insurance types. I never pick up, and my phone is always set to block mode because of it. Proper hassle, honestly.

I keep getting calls like 2 or 3 times daily, but since I only have a basic phone with full memory, I can’t block the number. I figured maybe picking up would cost them, though I’m not certain. Being disabled and in a wheelchair means I have to keep my phone on, so it's really frustrating. Yesterday, out of sheer irritation, I rang back and some voice said they were trying to connect me, then just hung up. Honestly, what’s the point? They must be completely clueless.
