I had an encounter with this outfit about three years back. They promised to offer me a superior rate for my current service, and I naively believed them, so I teetered on in with the conversation. However, when they requested my bank information, I swiftly terminated the call. I then reached out to O2, who promptly confirmed it was a scam, explaining that legit O2 numbers will always begin with '02'. They kept pestering me for ages until I finally managed to shake them off. They rang me again today, and when I confronted him about the fact that I recognised it wasn't O2, he became shockingly rude and insufferable. Honestly, they really need to find a proper profession!

I pointed out that they should have access to that information, but they explained that Data Protection regulations meant their team couldn’t share it. I just ignore it. They keep ringing me pretty much every day in the afternoon, between 1 and 6. Honestly, if its a number you don't know, best not to pick up!
