What a hoot! Received a cheeky call from some scammers who said they were from Curry's - PC World, attempting to lure me in with a half-price sale. I simply said not a chance! Fast forward a couple of hours, and lo and behold, that same number 01555 222019 rang me up again, but this time they fancied themselves as Carphone Warehouse...Can you believe it? They really ought to take notes on their little schemes; it’s absolutely laughable how they can’t even remember who they’re pretending to be!

Got two calls in as many days from this same number. First one said they were from Carphone Warehouse, next time it was Dixon Currys. Would be handy for these scammers if they could at least stick to one story. I reported it to 7726 yesterday but they still haven’t blocked the number.
