Dodgy scammer from Pakistan, that!

Chances are, this one's a dodgy scammer—best to give it a miss and not pick up.

I received a call from 01555 222109, but honestly, I couldn't make heads or tails of what the chap was rambling on about. He seemed intent on talking over me, so I decided to cut the conversation short and blocked the number.

I've received numerous calls from con artists attempting to persuade me to enhance my phone deal. Just disregard them and add them to your blocked contacts.

What a hoot! Received a cheeky call from some scammers who said they were from Curry's - PC World, attempting to lure me in with a half-price sale. I simply said not a chance! Fast forward a couple of hours, and lo and behold, that same number 01555 222019 rang me up again, but this time they fancied themselves as Carphone Warehouse...Can you believe it? They really ought to take notes on their little schemes; it’s absolutely laughable how they can’t even remember who they’re pretending to be!

I missed a call from this number, and they didn’t pick up when I called back. I suspect it might be a scam.

Received a call purporting to be from PC World. The chap on the other end had quite a thick accent, making it rather difficult to catch what he was saying. When I mentioned that it might be a case of “wrong number”, he hung up sharpish. Odd behaviour, to say the least!

Two calls over the course of two days from the identical number. The initial call was from Carphone Warehouse, followed closely by another one from Currys PC World. It would certainly benefit the scammers if they could just get their tales aligned! I reported it to 7726 yesterday, but alas, it’s still not been blocked.

Carphone Warehouse…a call centre that felt more like a massive deli! They’ve been blocked! 😤

Claimed to be calling from Currys, but their jumbled chatter was all about upgrading my mobile. The connection was terribly fuzzy as well.

Received a call claiming to be from EE, but it was clearly not the case. When I pressed them for details, they resorted to swearing and abruptly ended the conversation.

Picked up the call only to find myself listening to silence. It had the unmistakable vibe of a call centre. After a brief moment, they disconnected, so I decided to block the number.

So it seems I've had a call from Cat Phone Warehouse, of all places! Earlier, I received a similar call, but this time it was from Northern Ireland. I can’t help but wonder if the next one will be from Wales!

Beware of this number—it's a scam! Steer clear and avoid opening any messages that might come through after the call.

What a con! I picked up the call, but there was nothing but silence on the line. Tried calling back, but it just wouldn’t connect.

I had a rather dodgy experience with a phone call that left me feeling quite uneasy. An Indian lady was on the other end, her voice barely audible through a crackling line, claiming to represent O2. My instincts told me it was a ruse, so I promptly hung up. When I attempted to ring them back, they simply ignored my call. It’s clear this was nothing but a scam!

I received a call today, and it sounded as if the caller had completely lost their voice. So, I decided to hang up and looked up the number here to find out it’s associated with a scam.

I didn't actually hear my phone ringing, but it flashed up as a possible scam call. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

Received a call purporting to be from O2, promising a staggering 50% reduction on my bill. Total scam! When I ended the call, he promptly rang back from a different number - 0344 8090202. Be cautious, folks!

I received a call the other day from someone posing as Three Mobile, and I can't shake the feeling it was dodgy. Definitely a scam!

I had a rather peculiar call from an Indian gentleman who was inquiring about the sort of phone I possess. The odd thing is, I've never actually gotten a phone through any mobile network! How bizarre!

I wasn't familiar with the caller ID, so I chose to let it ring. After checking the details on this site, I’ve now added the number to my blocked list.

I recently got a random call from this number that I didn't recognise. The chap on the other end had quite a thick accent. He insisted he was from a telecommunications company and was trying to push a phone upgrade on me. I firmly told him I wasn't interested, but he wouldn't let it drop. I've since flagged this number with the Telephone Preference Service.

This appears to be nothing more than unsolicited junk.
