Now the bank’s gone and blocked my accounts ‘cause I tried to get my money back, so I’m stuck and can’t sort my bills out. The payment showed up as from bixley m&s or something like that. Honestly, I’m at a loss what to do now. The calls were from 01515289311 and 01513249990 in case anyone else gets them.Bixley M & S11 yearsI got a call from a firm calling themselves CFLEX, asking me for an initial payment of £95. A few calls later they wanted another £199. Then they claimed they had to boost my credit score by moving money into my bank account, which I was supposed to send back straight away. I ended up doing over 30 transfers and still no sign of any loan. I went to my bank, like they suggested, and was told legit loan companies don’t work like that. When I told CFLEX what the bank said, they got really defensive. I gave them a deadline of 6pm to send my loan or I'd report it to my bank and the police. After that, I couldn’t reach them. The fraud department later told me they’d been putting stolen money into my account and manipulating me to transfer it back unknowingly. This all started on 14/8/15. Then the very next day they rang again, but from a different number: 0330 977 0401. If you see that number pop up, don’t pick up or engage with them.CFLEX11 yearsBack in August 2015, I tried sorting a loan and foolishly ended up coughing up £130, then another £140 right away. They had promised the money would be in my account but it never showed up, and now they just won’t pick up my calls. Total waste of money and quite frustrating.11 yearsI got approved for a loan and made my initial payment, and they promised the money would be sent within an hour. When nothing showed up, I reached out to them and was then told I needed to pay an extra £139. I told them I had never been informed about this charge during any of our conversations. They said they could refund me, but it would take up to 7 days, then just cut the call.
