I can totally relate to your situation; I can’t believe I actually fell for the scam! It’s incredibly frustrating! To top it all off, my bank has now put a freeze on my accounts since I requested a refund, and I'm in a right pickle now, unable to manage my bills. The payment popped up as originating from Bixley M&S. Honestly, I’m at a loss for what steps to take next. The numbers that called me were 01515289311 and 01513249990.

I recently had a rather unfortunate experience with a firm going by the name of CFLEX. They lured me in by requesting an initial payment of £95, then shortly after, they insisted I cough up an additional £199. To add to the absurdity, they claimed they needed to enhance my credit score by funnelling money into my account. I ended up making over 30 transfers back and forth, but lo and behold, the promised loan never materialised. Following their advice, I reached out to my bank, only to learn that no legitimate loan company would operate in such a manner. When I shared this revelation with CFLEX, they became quite defensive. I set a deadline for them to refund me or I would escalate the matter to my bank and alert the authorities. After that conversation, however, I couldn’t get through to them again. The fraud hotline informed me that they were allegedly depositing illicit funds into my account, which I was unwittingly sending back out. This ordeal began on 14th August 2015, and they rang me again the following day from a different number: 0330 977 0401. I strongly advise against engaging with anyone calling from that number!

I applied for a loan not too long ago and, foolishly, forked out £130 at first, followed by another £140. They assured me the funds would be deposited into my account, but sadly, that never materialised. To make matters worse, they're now completely ignoring my attempts to reach out. This all took place on the 13th of August, 2015.

I received approval for a loan and promptly made my initial payment, with the promise that the funds would be in my account within the hour. However, I found myself having to reach out to them when I was suddenly informed there was an extra charge of £139. I argued that this had never been mentioned in any of my previous conversations. They said they could process a refund, but it might take up to a week, and then they just hung up on me! I can't shake the feeling that this company is up to no good, and I'm seriously considering reporting them to the authorities.
