I've been swindled out of £384, and now I can't even get through to the number that was linked to it. Despite having the sort codes and account details from the accounts involved, every attempt to call just fails. It's incredibly frustrating!

I was in the market for a loan when I received a call from this number. They charged me a fee of £118 and then had the audacity to ask for an additional £250 if I wanted the loan to proceed. I explained that I couldn't afford that right now and requested a refund. They categorically refused to return my money, and I could hear them swearing in Hindi in the background. All I want is my money back!

I was fleeced for £250 only for them to demand an additional £300, claiming it was for some sort of tax obligation prior to releasing my loan. I insisted on a refund and attempted to file a complaint, but the chap on the line turned hostile and displayed a shocking lack of professionalism.
