They managed to take £384 off me, and now when I try calling, the number just won’t connect. I even have the sort codes and the account numbers they used, but the phone won't ring through.

Was looking into a loan and this number called me. They charged me £118 as some sort of fee, then started asking for another £250 if I wanted the loan. Told them I don’t have that cash right now and asked for my £118 back, but they just refused. Could even hear them cursing in what sounded like Indian. All I’m asking for is my money to be returned.

I got charged £250 and then they wanted another £300, claiming it was some kind of tax before they'd give me the loan.
