Someone named Momi Cifaldi told me to ring this number about a PPI refund after I updated my insurance details online. They asked me not to mention the life assurance firm when sorting the refund, saying it might lead to my policy being cancelled. Seems like Gladstone Brookes Ltd are trying to hang on to my refund - funny really, as I’ve always dodged PPI claims like the plague!
