I didnt pick up since the number wasnt familiar to me. After seeing what others said, ive gone ahead and blocked it.

They claimed to know who my energy provider was and tried to get me to swap to a supposed “cheaper” one, saying my contract was ending in just 3 weeks and I’d be overpaying on the standard tariff. I said no because I wanted to go over everything properly. Turns out they made up the bit about my contract finishing soon (I actually have 3 months left!) and they had my current prices totally wrong too. Seemed convincing at first, but when I asked them to send me the info by email, they suddenly couldn’t. Very dodgy if you ask me.

If it's a genuine call, they’d leave a voicemail, right? I never agree to phone calls from unknown numbers, so I’m blocking this one.

They’ve been calling me every single day since. Honestly, these places shouldn’t be allowed to keep pestering like this. Proper annoying, so blocked them.

Omg, they must be from Uswitch or sumthing - I asked about switching energy suppliers with them, and they rang me on my mobile at 8.46 am.
