Got a call saying I’d been in an accident or something, sounded dodgy so I just hung up and blocked the number straight away.

I’ve never met anyone from Glasgow, so I just let it ring out. Got another call from a Glasgow area code too, 0141 2787415, a few days back. Didn’t pick up that one either. Think I’m gonna be careful with these numbers!

I usually just ignore calls from numbers I don't know or if I'm not expecting anyone to ring me. My thinking is if it's a proper business, they'll probably email me or leave a voicemail. Same goes if it was someone I know - they’d likely leave a text or a message. I'd suggest you stick to this approach too.
