These calls are clearly trying to trick people who've been in a crash into handing over their bank info. Best to report them straight to the cops. I looked up 'action fraud' and found the police.uk website where you can easily go to the reporting page. Just flag it as a phishing scam. There's no need to sign up or anything to report it. Stay safe!
