Just got a recorded call from hmre claiming I'd been caught up in fraud and to press 1 or I'd get an arrest warrant right away. This came through three hours after I finished a gruelling 12-hour night shift - talk about bad timing! I've gone ahead and blocked their number now.

Got a call from a bloke with a Glasgow area code claiming it was about a car crash I supposedly had not that long ago, maybe in the last couple years. I had to tell him I never had any accident like that. Fair play to him, he was quite polite and said sorry for ringing the wrong person. I’ve just blocked the number anyway now.

The company is under the ownership of Andrew Scott James Belshaw from Kings House, Kings Road West, Newbury, Berkshire, RG14 5BY, alongside Malcolm Charles Goddard and Andrew George Taylor, who share the same Fleet Place address. They operate several ventures under the Gamma and Telsis banners. Frankly, they ought to face penalties under the GPRS and be taken off the grid entirely.

I received a rather puzzling phone call from a chap who introduced himself as being from the Legal and General motor claims division. There was a bit of an awkward pause at the start, which seemed a tad unusual. He went on to discuss a supposed accident I was involved in, but to be honest, I’ve never had any prangs or made any claims ever. It’s all a bit ridiculous, really. I've gone ahead and blocked the number.
