this bloke rang saying he was from some energy firm, claiming there’s new government rules or such about capping prices, and wanted to see if he could sort us a better deal. I told him we review our bills every month, but he just wouldn’t stop pestering. i tried being polite but he kept pushing, then he got a bit annoyed with me near the end, so I had to hang up. When they’re that persistent, it honestly makes me suspect it might be a scam.

This number has been ringing me constantly, like more than 30 calls in just a couple weeks, and I’ve got no clue who it is. They call at all hours too, day or night, it’s really frustrating.

Got a call on my mobile from an unknown number, not sure how they even got it since I hardly ever use the phone, just kept it for emergencies. None of my mates have this number either. I only noticed the call when I turned the phone on to check the battery, but there wasn’t any voicemail or message left.
