Got a call from a Glasgow number, but the person had a Filipino accent and the call sounded like it was made over the internet because the quality was poor. Got a call from AA Accident helpline, they were going on about an accident I supposedly had recently, which I didn’t. They said they’d been given my details to talk about losses I hadn’t recovered. They kept going on about the hassle and being without a car. I asked for their identity again and they claimed to be AA Accident Assist. I told them I thought they were pretending to be The AA. Ended the call, but then they rang back, so I blocked the number.
