This guy said he was ringing from O2, but I told him there was no way he was with O2. He got proper mad and started shouting something about fining me £100 next month and that it’d show up on my bill as proof he was from O2. Then, just like that, he hung up on me.

Had my phone ring earlier and the person spoke with a thick Indian accent, started off with “how’s it going today?” Claimed to be calling from something like ‘The Phone Warehouse’. I received a missed call from this number and decided to return the call. However, I was greeted with a message from "RB Communications," which mentioned something about opting out and instructed me to send them an email. I didn't want to stick around to find out more, as I had previously signed my number up with the Telephone Preference Service ages ago to prevent such marketing calls. It’s a legal obligation for telemarketers to refrain from contacting numbers registered with the TPS. Clearly, RB Communications is disregarding this rule, which means they're not following the law.
