This guy said he was ringing from O2, but I told him there was no way he was with O2. He got proper mad and started shouting something about fining me £100 next month and that it’d show up on my bill as proof he was from O2. Then, just like that, he hung up on me.

I received a missed call from this number and decided to return the call. However, I was greeted with a message from "RB Communications," which mentioned something about opting out and instructed me to send them an email. I didn't want to stick around to find out more, as I had previously signed my number up with the Telephone Preference Service ages ago to prevent such marketing calls. It’s a legal obligation for telemarketers to refrain from contacting numbers registered with the TPS. Clearly, RB Communications is disregarding this rule, which means they're not following the law.
