Classic appliance insurance rip-off, just trying to get my bank info. I’ve blocked the number now.

I thought it was my insurance firm calling, but turned out to be a scam. The caller was very convincing, knew my name and that I had a policy. They asked for my card info to supposedly pay for a years-long warranty, which felt completely dodgy.
