I asked for their official Companies House registration number, but he didn’t answer. Told him I’d want him to find that info and call me back or just drop an email. Before I could say more, he ended the call. Definitely felt off, so I marked it as 'Dangerous'.

Over the last couple of days, this company called Domestic and General has phoned my elderly mum, who’s 89, about five times from various landlines. They kept insisting on getting her account info. Mum told them, “My daughter has my bank details.” The bloke rang back and claimed he’d already spoken to me and that I don’t have her bank info. Then, to make matters worse, he called my mum a liar! I tried calling them back from a withheld number but couldn’t get through. Honestly, I’d love to be face-to-face with these horrible people.

Got a call from a lady with an Indian accent who was pushing some washing machine insurance. You could tell it was a call centre because I heard loads of Indian voices chatting away in the background. She said her name was Badulpha or something similar. When I asked which company she was from, she just flipped out, called me a W- - --R, and then just cut the call. Proper rude!
