The line was terrible, but it seemed to be some sort of pitch to have a call protection system installed! Quite the coincidence, don’t you think? It’s more as if a call centre is keeping tabs on BT users. There’s no way that was actually BT given the amount of background noise and the muddled speech of the chap on the other end.
