I could barely make out what the caller was saying about some PPI claim. He claimed the FCA would pay me straight away and that he needed to send some info over. Said he was from The Claims Advisory Group, but the moment I started asking questions, he just ended the call. Later, when I tried dialing back, the number was out of service and a message told me to check a website for more info. This is seriously dodgy and feels like it’s against every Ofcom regulation. Honestly, try to steer clear of calls like this if you can.
