Received a call on my O2 phone around midday, which is just a spare device I rarely use and don’t share the number for. I chose to let it ring out, assuming it was either a misdial or something dodgy. Out of curiosity, and having my CallerID switched off, I decided to ring the number back. An automated voice, quite difficult to understand due to a thick accent, informed me that the number was inactive before hanging up on me. This pretty much solidifies my guess that it was a scam call after all.

I received a call around lunchtime today. The chap on the other end claimed to be from O2, offering me a lovely 30% discount on my bill. However, his thick Asian accent made it rather difficult to catch what he was saying. When he began probing for my personal information, I politely declined and expressed my lack of interest.

Got a call from 01242306017 and my iPhone just showed it as an "unknown caller." I looked it up on various sites, this one included, and nothing good came up. Thought it was probably a spam call so added it to my block list.

I suspect these people are up to no good, trying to fish for personal information. They claimed they were conducting a survey and wanted my feedback, but I made it clear that I hadn’t signed up for anything. I decided to end the call and hung up on them. Strangely enough, they tried to reach me again today, but I opted not to answer. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!

I received a rather intriguing call from a number that claimed I could get an iPhone 13 for just £20 a month, with an initial payment of £30. However, upon investigating the Carphone Warehouse website, I couldn't find any trace of such an offer. Quite suspicious, don't you think?

Purporting to represent Car Phone Warehouse, this caller was rather peculiar, insisting on receiving my bank information prior to discussing any mobile deals.
