The whole conversation was rather confusing as the person’s voice kept going all muffled when they tried to explain things. They even sent me a 6-digit code from O2 and wanted me to repeat it back to them. I advise everyone to steer clear of this nonsense - reading out that code could give them access to your account! I’ve already reported the incident to O2.
