I reckon it was a scam cos the guy claimed my place was on some list of homes that’d already had loft insulation and were eligible for a grant. But this isn’t even a residential property and definitely hasn’t got any loft insulation. When I asked what address he had linked to the number, he said he didn’t know and needed me to tell him! That totally didn’t match what he’d said earlier about my address being on a pre-existing list for the offer. Bit dodgy if you ask me.
