This person has been ringing me non-stop since May, using loads of different numbers all starting with 01202 - at least 19 that I’ve kept track of. Even after I told him I’m on the TPS and asked him to stop, he just keeps calling. I’ve reported him to Ofcom, the TPS, and even the Data Commissioner, but nothing seems to happen. It’s pretty frustrating.

I’m absolutely fed up with this bloke; he simply won’t take the hint! I've managed to track down a staggering 18 different numbers linked to him, all starting with 01202 794, 01202 159, and now 01202 143, although he keeps varying the last three digits. I got a call from this number, and it was one of those recorded messages saying my internet would be disconnected in a day due to some 'illegal activity'. It told me to press 1 to sort it out, but I just hung up instead. Pretty sure this is a con, so I've blocked them now.

I called regarding loft insulation and discovered that those over 50 are eligible for a complimentary assessment. The gentleman on the line informed me that my existing insulation was rather outdated and is being gradually eliminated due to its propensity to cause condensation and mould issues. However, when he began asking me rather personal questions, I opted not to respond, and to my surprise, he abruptly ended the call.

Quite handy to have an address for this con artist! One can't help but notice the rather grand abode he occupies; it seems like scamming must be quite lucrative!

I’m starting to sense that this is bordering on harassment. They keep calling me with their incessant chatter about loft insulation or some such nonsense. I tried to cut in and explain that we don’t even have a loft, as we reside in a ground floor flat. The charming individual on the other end actually responded with a cheeky, “brilliant,” followed by an abrupt request for me to shove off and stop wasting his precious time!

Got a call from a bloke speaking with a proper English accent, claiming he was doing a survey around here. I received a call from a chap named Chris, who claimed he was with Green Centre and was in touch with folks in my area, including my neighbours. He rambled on about various kinds of loft insulation and suggested that my attic was likely teeming with dampness and mould (which, as it happens, it was perfectly fine just yesterday), as well as the potential savings I could reap. Before he could dive into his spiel, I queried him on why he was ringing me, considering I’m registered with the Telephone Preference Service. And just like that, he vanished! His number is from Bournemouth, which is quite a distance from my home here in the Vale of Glamorgan. It felt like he was inching towards arranging a home assessment. While it might not be outright sinister, he certainly wasn’t local as he pretended, nor was he adhering to the TPS guidelines for telemarketing!

I’ve received seven calls from this number over the last six weeks. Each time I pick up, a chap named Chris insists he’s my local energy advisor. It’s the same rehearsed spiel every single occasion! He’s articulate, but his persistence is quite infuriating, especially when he claims there’s an issue with our injected wall insulation and loft insulation-just a tad puzzling since we don’t have either! When I challenge him, he just hangs up, which I find rather rude and extraordinarily irritating. There ought to be regulations against such bothersome calls. It’s clear that the company he represents lacks integrity.

So, I just had a call from some bloke called Chris, supposedly a "Local Energy Advisor". I wasn't having any of it and just cut him off right away. But I gotta say, this Chris sounded like he’s been working on his pitch - the guy talked fast but made sure every word was crystal clear, and his voice had that serious, no-nonsense vibe, almost like a police officer giving you the lowdown on an incident at your job, and you're right there under suspicion. If you know any older or more vulnerable folks, tell them not to bother chatting with these types - better just to hang up straight away.

Some company claiming to do digital marketing research has rung my mum repeatedly, like three times in just a few days. She's already told them she isn’t interested and explained that she’s grieving her husband’s recent passing, but they keep on calling anyway. Honestly, it’s pretty awful and disrespectful behaviour.
