Caution! I've been inundated with scam calls from 01202 numbers lately. This individual seems relentless, having contacted me from a staggering 18 different numbers since May, all supposedly linked to Bournemouth. A few of the troublesome digits I've noted include 01202794, 01202159, and now 01202143, though they all differ in their final three digits. Do yourself a favour: block any calls from these digits and make sure to report them to Ofcom, the Telephone Preference Service, and the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This person has been ringing me non-stop since May, using loads of different numbers all starting with 01202 - at least 19 that I’ve kept track of. Even after I told him I’m on the TPS and asked him to stop, he just keeps calling. I’ve reported him to Ofcom, the TPS, and even the Data Commissioner, but nothing seems to happen. It’s pretty frustrating.

This bloke just won’t give it a rest, keeps ringing me nonstop. I’ve tracked at least 18 separate numbers he’s using, all starting with 01202 794, 01202 159, and lately 01202 143, but the last three digits keep changing. Tried telling him to knock it off loads of times, but he just carries on. I’ve also tried reporting him as a frequent pest but noone seems to be doing anything about it.

I got a call from this number, and it was one of those recorded messages saying my internet would be disconnected in a day due to some 'illegal activity'. It told me to press 1 to sort it out, but I just hung up instead. Pretty sure this is a con, so I've blocked them now.

Got a call about loft insulation, said if you’re over 50 you can get a free check-up. He claimed my old insulation was no good anymore and said it leads to damp and mould issues! Then he started asking really personal stuff, and when I didn’t want to say, he just ended the call.

Beware of this number, it's linked to a bloke called Stuart David Wright, but he also goes by Chris, Tom, Craig, or Simon. This guy keeps ringing me non-stop about some loft insulation or whatever. I tried telling him to hold on so I could explain that we live in a flat on the ground floor, so no loft here. Instead of being polite, he just hangs up and yells something rude, saying I’m wasting his time. Bit much, feels like harassment now!

Got a call from a bloke speaking with a proper English accent, claiming he was doing a survey around here. This was the fourth call I’ve had - before this, two were from Asian ladies, and now it’s English guys. Feels like a total scam. Got a call from someone called Chris who claimed he was with Green Centre, saying he’d been chatting to my neighbours and others nearby about different loft insulation options. He went on about how my loft was probably full of damp and mould (which it definitely isn’t) and talked about all the money I could save. Before he could get a word in, I asked why he was ringing, especially since I’m on the TPS list - and just like that, he vanished! The number he called from is based in Bournemouth, quite a way from my place in the Vale of Glamorgan. It felt like he was trying to persuade me to book a home inspection. Not sure if it’s an outright scam, but it’s clear he wasn’t local as he said and wasn’t respecting TPS telemarketing rules.

Over the past month and a half, I've received seven calls from this number. Every time I pick up, the guy who says his name is Chris tries the same line about being my local energy advisor. He’s clearly got his script down perfectly! He’s polite enough but keeps insisting there’s an issue with my wall and loft insulation, which is bizarre since we don’t have any installed at all. When I point this out, he just cuts the call short, which feels pretty rude. These constant calls are really frustrating; there ought to be rules to stop this kind of persistent nuisance. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust the business he’s representing one bit.

Asked them where they got my number from and they said I’d previously phoned to book a consultation - which is totally false. So, I just had a call from some bloke called Chris, supposedly a "Local Energy Advisor". I wasn't having any of it and just cut him off right away. But I gotta say, this Chris sounded like he’s been working on his pitch - the guy talked fast but made sure every word was crystal clear, and his voice had that serious, no-nonsense vibe, almost like a police officer giving you the lowdown on an incident at your job, and you're right there under suspicion. If you know any older or more vulnerable folks, tell them not to bother chatting with these types - better just to hang up straight away.

Some company claiming to do digital marketing research has rung my mum repeatedly, like three times in just a few days. She's already told them she isn’t interested and explained that she’s grieving her husband’s recent passing, but they keep on calling anyway. Honestly, it’s pretty awful and disrespectful behaviour.
