Absolutely despicable behaviour. These lowlifes went and installed insulation in a vulnerable elderly person's attic without proper consent and had the audacity to demand a whopping £5,000 for it! Thankfully, the bank intervened and cancelled the cheque. To make matters worse, they had the gall to ring them up weeks later to issue threats. This nonsense happening to an 85-year-old is beyond comprehension!
