I got calls from this number and a bunch of similar ones, different endings each time. Over the course of 8 calls on 4th November 2021, they kept ringing me. Honestly, whoever is behind this must really love throwing money away!

Some bloke named Simon claiming to be a "Local Energy Adviser" tried his usual pitch... I cut him off straight away and told him to stop wasting my time and never call again. I've reported every one of those numbers to OFCOM already - if you’re getting these annoying calls too, please do the same (OFCOM only takes action when they get lots of complaints)... We’ve got to shut down these dodgy operators for good!

This number has rung me loads, along with ones like 3066, 3080, 3059, 3085, 3078, 3073 and 3067. I usually don’t pick up since no idea who they are. One occasion though, they left a voicemail, and it turned out to be one of those automatic messages trying to sell insulation.

Dodgy lot! Got a call from some bloke Chris claiming to be from Green Eco Centre about loft insulation, total scam alert. I'm on the TPS and when I told him, he reckoned he got my number from some "special list" - sure, mate, whatever. Asked him a few questions and there was a long silence as if he was googling answers or running off a script like a bot. I've flagged them on our neighbourhood Facebook group to warn neighbours. He even wanted to come round and check my loft - no chance in hell, I told him.

Been getting calls all day from three different numbers starting with 01202 and 01430. Every time I block one, a new one pops up. I picked up once and told them our loft insulation is already sorted, then 'Chris' just ended the call on me! We've got our number registered with TPS too.

I answered the call but didn't say a word. The caller stayed quiet for about three minutes before finally ending the call. I only switched to speakerphone right before they hung up. The voice sounded familiar, like someone I might have heard before. Hopefully, he had to pay for that call.

I’ve stopped answering calls altogether now. Loads of them come from Bournemouth, same local area code but with just a few digits changed every time. Nearly all of them turn out to be scams. It’s so annoying! I’ve been reporting every single number to 'send my spam' and even the mobile numbers that keep texting me pretending to be legit. On top of that, I signed up with the telephone preference service, but apparently they’re just using fake UK numbers from abroad to get around it. Such a pain!

I can recognise these types of calls pretty quick, especially when you strip out the area code (01202). The remaining part of the number (143079) wouldn't ever be given out by phone companies cause those 1xxxxx numbers are kept aside and can’t actually be dialled.

I got an automated message from a guy called Chris, so I reported it to TPS. Apparently, he's breaking the rules by making sales calls to someone who’s asked not to be contacted. They could slap a fine on him for this, possibly as much as one million pounds, for ignoring the UK’s regulations.

Even though we’re ex-directory and on the TPS list, we've been getting loads of annoying phone calls from numbers beginning with 012021430... Didn't matter how much we tried to ignore them. In the end, I had to block that whole batch of numbers through the router to get some peace. So frustrating!
