Received loads of calls today from various 01292 430XXX numbers, like 4 different ones, all telling me they know we signed up for some government insulation scheme. They’ve rang me about 5 times already!

Some guy called, said he was Chris and claimed to be an energy adviser from nearby, but the area code didn’t match where I live at all. When I asked a few questions, he just cut off the call without saying anything. I blocked his number, but then got a call from a different 01202 143 number (01202 143199) with the same spiel. Looks like it could be an autodialing scam to me.

So, this bloke calling himself Chris, claiming to be Chelmsford's local energy advisor, keeps ringing me up. Every time he starts by saying he knows I own the place, I just put the phone down. He called once more yesterday, and I made it clear I wasn’t interested and asked him to stop calling. Guess what? He called again today, and I warned him if he doesn’t stop, I’ll have to report him.

Been getting calls from this bloke for months now, always uses different numbers but I reckon he's just using some number spoofer to hide where he's calling from. The digits switch up every couple of weeks or so. Definitely a scammer, I'd say don't hand over any info and report him straight away to the ICO.

I told them to stop ringing me or I’d report them. I’ve also received calls from mobile numbers when I wasn’t home. Honestly, these scammers need to find something better to do. If they ring me again, they’ll regret it for sure.
