I received a call from a gentleman with a distinctly Indian accent. He claimed to be representing the National Accident service and was adamant that he needed to speak with someone specific. His approach was rather confrontational and brusque, to say the least!

Some guy called claiming to be from 'Road Traffic Management' and asked if I recalled an accident. When I inquired who exactly he was, he said he couldn’t reveal his name ‘for reasons’. I pointed out that if he was trying to find someone, he’d surely have a name. His excuse then was about data protection preventing him from sharing it. I told him that if he had info on an accident, there must be a name attached, right? After that, he got annoyed and said he was hanging up. The whole call lasted about 4 minutes and 27 seconds.

Some bloke with an Indian accent claimed to be calling from the "Road Traffic Management" or something like that, so I just ended the call straight away. I've been signed up to TPS for ages, yet these calls from Indian firms still manage to come through.

Got a call from some scam about an accident. I told them I’d been in a massive crash and admitted it was completely my fault because I was driving at 145mph the wrong way down the motorway. They went quiet for a bit, and I just started chuckling. Eventually, they just ended the call. Proper LOL moment!

Got a call from a guy with an Asian accent claiming to be from Road Traffic Management. I sarcastically asked him how they handle all the traffic back in India, even though this is a Liverpool number. The bloke just cut the call out of nowhere! Didn’t say anything about any accidents or anything either. Quite strange.

I received a rather peculiar phone call from a woman with an Asian accent claiming her name was "Jessica." She started talking about a supposed "car accident" that, to my recollection, never occurred. Strangely, she asserted she was representing "Lawyers and Attorneys" based in Liverpool. I can’t help but wonder if they tossed in "Liverpool" as a ruse since the area code is 0151, while they rang me from 00151-suggesting an international line. Without a doubt, it's a scam!

Got a call from a woman with an Asian accent who said her name was "Jessica". She claimed it was regarding some accident I supposedly had, which is total rubbish as nothing happened. I think they mention "Liverpool" because the number starts with 00151, probably pretending to be local since Liverpool’s code is 0151. Pretty sure it's just a scam.

Got a ring from this number earlier, but I didn’t pick up since I didn’t know who it was. They didn’t bother leaving a voicemail either. It’s so frustrating that even though I’m on the TPS and have my number ex directory, these annoying callers or scammers still manage to contact me. What’s the point really? Proper irritating!

Got a call about a car crash that never happened to me, they never used my name or asked for any details like registration. As soon as I asked who they were, they just hung up. I tried calling the number back by checking who it was with 1471, but it didn’t come up with any info. When I actually rang them back, all I got was a busy signal with some weird static noise. Feels like a proper scam to me.

Loads of calls like this have come through, mostly from different firms and usually quite courteous. But when I tried to ask this bloke a question, he just cut the call. I'd really like to find out where these people are getting all this wrong info about me from.

Got a call from Adam loads of times about some accident, knew straight away it was a con. He rang me five times in the space of a minute. Eventually I just let it go to voicemail. Honestly, they should really do something about these scammers. How the hell do they even get numbers from places like xdir? I’m thinking of ringing BT and asking them to block it. The scam number is exactly the same as the one above.
