Got a voicemail from someone saying they were from NPower, who supply our electricity here in the UK. They mentioned we’d won £###,### in some sort of competition and told us to ring the number they left to claim it. We ignored it cause the number didn’t match NPower’s usual contact details, and usually they get in touch by email, text, or on our mobile. Tried to check with NPower, but since it’s the weekend, their office is closed so can’t confirm yet.

For the past three days, I've gotten calls every single day from someone saying they're with VISA, warning me about some £### transaction I supposedly made online. Seems like they're just stuck on repeat with their recorded message. Pretty obvious it's a scam :(

Whenever the call finished with ###, I knew straight away it was some con artist claiming my computer had problems, just trying to trick me into handing over details so they could get into my computer and accounts.
