Looks like O3 is just being used as a cover for a scam here.

Got a call saying I’d sent some picture messages to that number and O2 was charging me for it. Total scam, don’t fall for it!

No idea who this is but it says I sent an MMS at 2 in the morning while I was fast asleep. O2 billed me for a call I definitely didn’t make. After I rang them to challenge the charge, they refunded me. I’ve never actually sent any MMS before, so I got suspicious straight away. This number’s definitely spam.
