6 yearsFor over a year, Tesco Mobile has been taking £4.50 from me monthly just for getting texts from this number! I have no clue where it came from, as I never signed up for anything like this. It shows as from 77G now, but it used to say 77 games. A bit of digging pointed me to a company called Remote Games in Manchester along with some directors’ names. That hasn’t really helped much though. I contacted Tesco Mobile today and asked them to block premium texts. Fingers crossed it stops, but I reckon I’ll just have to accept the money I’ve already lost.Tesco Mobile77G77 GamesRemote GamesManchester9 yearsI’m a 60 year old bloke who keeps getting hassled by this firm. They send texts every week, even though I’ve told them loads of times to cut it out. I’ve had £4.50 taken from me weekly for messages I never asked for or gave permission to get. I’m not alone either - at least 7 mates have gone through the same thing and can back me up. They’ve somehow managed to nick money through phone bills and nobody seems to be doing anything to stop it! The company behind this racket is Remote Games Ltd, run by Carl Barker, Robert Morley, and Colin McCaffrey in Manchester!Remote Games LtdCarl BarkerRobert MorleyColin McCaffreyManchester9 yearsThis number links back to Remote Games Ltd and Xinion Ltd, both run by the same people: Carl Barker, Gary Cooper, Colin Mc Caffery, and Robert Morley. They also appear tied to BMCM DIGITAL LIMITED (09259025) and a bunch of other firms that seem dodgy. Have a peek on Companies House yourself. These companies are notorious for SMS scams and sending unwanted texts, yet somehow they keep operating. I’m planning to report all this to the FCA, Gambling Commission, ICO, PhonePayPlus, and the police as well.Remote Games LtdXinion LtdCarl BarkerGary CooperColin McCafferyRobert MorleyBMCMCompanies HouseFCAGambling CommissionICOPhonePayPlus9 years88311 keeps pestering me with stupid Donald Duck quiz questions, saying you can win £1000 but charging £4.50 for each message!
