It’s not about the amount, more about the annoyance of not being able to figure out who’s repeatedly charging me. They just keep on taking money without a care. Driving me mad!

This number has been bombarding me with messages that are racking up my phone bill big time. I've phoned O2 several times hoping they'd help sort it out, but they keep saying it’s nothing to do with them and refuse to take any action. Honestly, O2's customer service is terrible.

Hey, I just spotted that my wife's 3Mobile bill has gone up quite a bit these past few months. Turns out she’s been deleting a bunch of texts without knowing each one costs £3.00. I saw some others suggesting to contact Totalsolve.net and tell them to stop or else I'd take it further with PhonepayPlus, which is backed by Ofcom. I've sent them an email now and waiting to see if she gets any more messages. Has anyone else managed to get their money refunded?

This number keeps sending me messages and charging me without my permission! I haven’t signed up for anything but the texts just keep coming. I’m deleting them straight away and not even opening them, yet I’m still getting billed. Over the past couple of months, it’s come to £15! I really want a refund for this!

For a few weeks now, i've noticed my account being debited £2.50 every Saturday. I assumed it was related to my recent trip abroad, but even after getting back, the charges kept coming. I've just contacted my provider to try and get it stopped.

Even though I put a block on this number for calls and texts ages ago, I’m still getting charged £2.50 every Saturday since November. I can’t figure out how to stop these premium fees showing up on my bill.

Got about 11 surprise texts from glamourhunnies.com, each one costin me £3 charged through my Vodafone. This has to be some kind of scam. They really should be looked into properly, and whoever’s behind this should seriously face jail time.

On the 2nd and again on the 6th of January 2016, I received messages from this number saying I didn’t have enough credit to reply. I checked my balance right away and there was more than £2 there, so I thought it was suspicious. Since I had no clue who this was, I simply chose to ignore the texts and deleted them straight away. No way was I gonna fork out money to some random number!

I was charged £12 on my O2 Pay as You Go without my consent, and I have no clue where they got my phone number from. Luckily, I got the money back through a cheque from an HSBC branch in Glasgow, signed by someone called Simon Eldrick. Here’s the company info: TotalSolve Ltd 0870 248 0277 [email protected] The director’s name is Simon Elrick. I’ve reported this to Phonepay Plus and they’re looking into it. If you’ve had the same issue, you might want to raise a complaint with them too. The link to submit an enquiry is: https://www.phonepayplus.org.uk/for-consumers/making-an-enquiry/submit-an-online-enquiry They’re currently investigating my case.
