Since experiencing a stroke, I have been facing difficulties with both my speech and walking. Unfortunately, I have encountered unpleasant individuals who are not only unkind but also ignorant. Moreover, they display threatening behavior and believe they can intimidate others, even if there has been a mistake in identity. Despite reporting these incidents, no action has been taken to address the issue. In response, I have installed a call recording app as evidence against them or sometimes I simply let my answering machine handle their calls. It is worth noting that they have no affiliation with The Credit Bureau of Canada.

I regularly receive automated phone calls from a specific number asking for someone who does not live in my house. It is quite bothersome and irritating, particularly considering my age of 77. Unacceptable behavior from rude and unpleasant teenage employees. Every single day, I would receive voicemails from this appalling company inquiring about a person named Jason DaSilva, despite my voicemail clearly stating both the company name and my own. They would even call multiple times, often with automated messages, sometimes even after 8pm. When I finally answered the call and explained that I am not Jason but rather a business, the individual on the phone responded rudely saying I should have informed them earlier and then promptly hung up. In order to ensure my phone number was removed from their calling list, I called back. However, things did not improve as the woman who attended to my call was even worse than the previous person. She disregarded what I had to say and continued talking, and shockingly accused me of interrupting her. If I receive another call from this company, rest assured that I will be filing a formal complaint.

I've been dealing with persistent harassment from someone who refuses to explain the reason behind their calls, leaving me completely in the dark about their intentions or purpose.

I am fed up with these irritating individuals who keep calling my house for someone who clearly used to own this number. Despite politely asking them several times to stop bothering me, they continue to do so. Therefore, you know what I did? I took to social media and encouraged everyone to bombard them with messages and calls just as they did to me. It seems that they didn't appreciate it very much. Haha! Now, where should I report these foolish people? I am tired of being disturbed because of someone else's debt.

I received calls from a company representing Rogers, who cleverly operates under the name Credit Bureau of Canada Collections. It's worth noting that they are not actually associated with the credit bureau. Despite previously telling them to stop contacting me, they ceased calling for a mere 5 months before resuming their attempts to make me pay for an inaccurate bill from Rogers. However, I remain steadfast in my decision to never settle that payment!
