When I rang back this number in order to identify the caller, I noticed that the phone system they were using had a very professional tone - complete with the regular prompts. But let me be clear, these individuals are definitely not associated with Microsoft, despite even my caller ID displaying "MICROSOFTSTORE". I genuinely hope that the real Microsoft takes proper action to shut them down. Most fraudsters have invalid numbers when you try to call them back, which instantly exposes them as fake. However, these scammers are skilled at deceiving many people, especially if you let your guard down and fail to realize that you're not actually talking to anyone officially affiliated with Microsoft.

But even before it attempts to request any payment information, I immediately make it clear that I will harm the person behind this scam. If I manage to locate the whereabouts of these fraudulent individuals, the actions I may take are best left to your imagination.

My husband bought some products online and paid through PayPal. However, we received a notification stating that there was an issue with our order. Then, we received another email mentioning that our order was stuck and requesting us to call a certain number. When my husband called the number, the person on the line seemed unaware of our problem, but surprisingly asked for our credit card details in order to continue with the purchase.
