Just wanted to add to my previous comment, this happened the day after I kept getting calls from a 212 number. I’m based in the US, and if you didn’t know, 212 is Manhattan, New York City. Maybe this was payback for something from the day before? Haha, who knows!

Got a robo call saying it was my final chance to respond about my social security number, warning me not to ignore it. I’m pretty sure I never got any earlier calls, so it sounds dodgy. They wanted me to ring back on the same number that called me, then that was it. Just saw a comment here saying calls to 877 numbers aren’t free - what a scam! Really felt like they were trying to scare me into calling. Definitely just blocked and ignored it!
