I was presented with an enticing offer for a complimentary ISP speed enhancement - the caller, Shellique, provided her details. I assured her that I'd confirm the legitimacy of her proposal with the customer support team at Windstream. Upon reaching Latoya from their customer service, I was informed that Windstream doesn't engage in unsolicited calls, let alone ones regarding free upgrades. Therefore, the number appearing as "Windstream" on my caller ID is definitely not from them. The callback number I received was 1-844-504-6265. I rang them up to mention that I had reported the scam to Windstream and that I was filing an official complaint. Latoya mentioned she would escalate the information to the higher-ups for further action. I highly encourage others to reach out to Windstream and lodge their own complaints. These fraudsters might very well be leveraging Windstream's systems to fish for your personal data.

I've had this number ring me a staggering fifteen times over just two days! It's become rather irritating, to say the least, as I refuse to pick up and they never bother to leave a voicemail. I've gone ahead and blocked the number, yet it still manages to ring once before it stops. Sadly, they're not the only persistent caller I've encountered!

This number has been incessantly ringing my landline and it's becoming rather bothersome. Every time I answer, they remain tight-lipped about their identity, and they never bother to leave a message. I've tried everything to get them to cease these calls, but to no avail.
