10 yearsI received a phone call today where they left a message using my full name and the nickname I go by. Their voicemail echoed what others have mentioned previously. They claimed to be from the "clerk's office" but didn’t bother to reveal their identity. The message was quite urgent, stating they would be arriving at my home between 8am and 12pm for me to sign something. Unfortunately, I’m at work, a good 50 miles away, so I’m not sure how they're expecting that to work out. Nonetheless, I did ask my husband, who's a police officer, to stay home and keep an eye out for these elusive legal papers. Fingers crossed!10 yearsI received a call from someone pretending to be my brother who lives miles away, and it turns out no one has his updated number. They wouldn’t disclose what the conversation was about, which made me quite suspicious.
