However, on my third attempt, the same woman picked up, and she eerily spoke my name and had my address at her fingertips. I mentioned that I was heading to H&R Block to look into my tax situation. She seemed taken aback and asked if I wouldn’t settle the matter over the phone. I firmly replied, "Absolutely not! I'm off to H&R Block first!" At that point, she simply terminated the call.
