The start of the message was missing. It went something like, "Make sure you don’t ignore this message when you call back." The guy said we should ring back or get our lawyer to do it. He added, "If you choose not to return the call, the best I can do is say good luck as things take their course with you." Then ended with a "Have a good day." Yeah, right! The person talking had a bit of an accent and it was a recorded message.

Today I got a ring on my landline from a bloke calling himself Brian Jones. He spoke with an Indian accent and kept repeating the same message. Luckily, I’ve got call display so I was able to see who it was and avoid any hassle.

Got a call from someone with the exact same name and similar scary talk. Felt really sketchy.

Oh yeah, this bloke keeps ringing our landline too. He’s a man with some kind of accent and sounds really aggressive. He was repeating pretty much the exact stuff mentioned above. Feels like he’s just reading from a script or something. You can hear loads of chatter in the back, like other voices. We even caught him on our answering machine once, recorded and all.

The message actually started halfway through, missing the first part. He said something like, "Don't ignore this message or avoid calling back." Then he mentioned we should either call him directly or have our lawyer get in touch. If not, “the only thing left is to wish you luck with whatever happens next.” Finished with a very fake, overly cheerful “Have a nice day.” The voice had a slight accent and sounded like a robotic recording. Total rubbish!
